Sunglass Hut wanted to increase purchases of its high-fashion range of eyewear. Our challenge, quite simply, was to figure out how to help them do that.
the solution
We focused on Sunglass Hut's existing customers, seeking to increase share-of-wallet with customers who were also fashionistas who purchased multiple pairs of sunglasses each year, but not necessarily at SGH.
Our approach with this target was to develop a CRM strategy that consisted of recognition mailings like birthday cards, customer appreciation gifts, and high-fashion marketing. All CRM touches were designed to cause store traffic and incremental purchases at SGH.

For eight years, we have worked with SGH to increase share-of-wallet and drive increased ROI.
