Define
The definition phase involves user interviews, competitor review, and brainstorming sessions. We outline the project schedule, understand project goals and requirements, develop high-level architecture, and define both functional and technical requirements.
Design
The design phase encompasses the creation of final architecture, design look and feel, and technical architecture. Custom branding materials and assets may also be part of the process.
Develop
The development phase encompasses the technical implementation of all designs. This includes front-end production, development environment set-up, creation of custom code, documentation of implementation process, and data transfer.
Deploy
The deployment phase encompasses pre- and post-launch. During this phase, we conduct quality assurance testing, transfer your site from the development environment to the live environment, test data interchange, and train key personnel as specified.
