Title: Senior Designer (Interactive)
Department: Creative Services
Reports to: Creative Director
Overall Purpose:
SolutionSet is seeking a Mid to Senior Designer for full-time, on-site work. The person we are seeking must be an exceptional designer who is well-rounded and has extensive web experience. In turn, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team to create innovative design solutions for worldwide events, campaigns, collateral, launches, identities, online marketing and design efforts. After an initial contract period of two months, we will evaluate the candidate for a salaried position.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop Flash-powered web applications, animations, and online games
- Participate in creative brainstorms and provide support for design team
- Draft site/page diagrams and participate in the review process
Qualifications:
The candidate must have proven ability and qualifications in the following areas:
- 4+ years of experience with a design studio, agency, or corporate design group
- Strong typography skills and knowledge of contemporary design
- Fluency in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, Microsoft Office Programs
- Working knowledge of HTML, Fireworks, Actionscript, Dreamweaver
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, well-organized
- Must have an understanding of corporate branding, brand guidelines
- Must be conscious of web technologies and web restrictions
- 4-year college degree in graphic design
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have online portfolio and interest in technology
