Basecamp

Basecamp is a web-based project management tool used to communicate with clients, post files, and manage schedules so that everyone stays on the same page at all times.

JIRA

SolutionSet uses JIRA as a bug-tracking tool for website design and development projects. We set up a Tracker during the development phase to ensure all stages of the project are correctly assigned.

ImageDesk™

ImageDesk is SolutionSet's proprietary Digital Asset Management system. This secure, 512-bit encrypted technology is customized for each client to meet specific needs. Content management teams have the option to add relevant metadata to image, text, or video files to enable quick searches.

Boomerang™

Boomerang is an online annotation and approval processing system developed by SolutionSet that makes page proofing a faster and easier chore. Files are posted on our secure Boomerang system, allowing clients to efficiently download, annotate, and approve work.

Conduit™

Conduit is SolutionSet's automated system for merging images, data, and content onto templates for the creation of page-ready advertising and marketing materials. By automating the process, this unique system takes days off of the production calendar and dollars off the budget.

As your portal into the SolutionSet data management environment, I-Deliver provides you and your designated partners with secure access to activities and documents related to the data management activities performed on your behalf.
