Our challenge was to develop a strategy for converting customers who accepted the free trial into paying customers once the trial period has ended.
The Solution
We developed a longitudinal renewal contact stream to increase conversions. Customers are contacted at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days prior to their trial expiring, as well as 14 days after expiration.
